"Symphony of Unrealities"

The Bollwerk Lounge in Bad Wimpfen cordially invites you to the "Symphony of Unrealities" exhibition. This unique art show presents works that explore the boundaries of reality and fantasy and offers a fascinating mix of nature-inspired forms and surreal visions.

The exhibition opened on 1 August and runs until 31 December 2024, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a world that combines the known and the unknown and shows the beauty and complexity of nature in a new light.

Rooney, an emerging artist with a keen sense of the surreal and the organic, invites you to experience her latest collection of artworks. Rooney's works are characterised by flowing, curvy lines reminiscent of natural structures, transporting the viewer into fantastical dimensions where the boundaries of reality become blurred.

Every 3rd Thursday of the month, visitors have the opportunity to "Talk with Rooney" from 5 to 8 pm. Take the chance to talk directly to Rooney, gain insights into her creative processes and learn more about the stories behind her fascinating artworks.

The exhibition will take place in the Bollwerk Lounge, a historic yet modern venue in Bad Wimpfen's old railway station. This extraordinary ambience, which combines historical architectural style with modern elements, provides the perfect setting for an exhibition that unites nature and fantasy, past and present. The Bollwerk Lounge itself is a work of art that immerses guests in an atmosphere of timeless elegance and creative energy.

Experience a "symphony of unreality" in which transcendent visions and organic structures merge harmoniously. Each work of art is an invitation to expand the boundaries of your own perception and to be enchanted by the magic of art. The exhibition begins with works that explore the unconscious and the spiritual. These transcendent visions aspire to higher levels of consciousness and spiritual states. Through abstract forms, delicate colours and symbolic representations, these works create a sense of transcendence and spiritual transformation.

As the exhibition progresses, visitors will encounter artworks that depict organic, nature-inspired forms in new, often surreal contexts. These works utilise fluid, curvilinear and organic forms to reflect the dynamic relationship between nature and art, growth and change, and form and function.

The Bollwerk Lounge is open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 5 pm to 11 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 pm to 1 am. Admission to the exhibition is free of charge. Visit us and let yourself be enchanted by "Symphony of Unrealities" while you savour our culinary delights.
